The project involves and unites a group of two organizations – START Association (Bulgaria) and
Democritus University of Thrace (Greece), which are actively engaged in the sports, social entrepreneurship and youth
sector.
The project concept is based on the belief that sport can be used as a tool to support skills development,
encourage dual careers of athletes, use mobility as a tool to improve qualifications and promote
employability through sport.
The project is co-financed by the European Union.
